Exotic Bangkok

I am gearing up for the Thailand departure on the 15th. I will actually leave on the 14th and arrive a day ahead of the group. The last couple of days have seen me nailing down the optional tours for Bangkok and Chiang Mai. This is the rainy season there with afternoon thunderstorms everyday, so not so hot. Only about 90 with 100% humidity. The dry season can see highs around 100. Our itinerary includes a city and temples tour, the ancient capital of Siam, Ayutthaya, the floating markets, Khao Yai National Park and a dinner cruise in Bangkok. In Chiang Mai, a private city and temples tour and a private tour to the Golden Triangle at the border of Laos and Cambodia to visit the Hill Tribes. I am really excited about this adventure and I will update the blog from my iPhone whenever I find a wi-fi hotspot.
